Becoming a Ford Technician comes with a wide range of benefits, one of which is the Ford Lincoln Top Techs Rewards Program.
This rewards program is designed to reward technicians for their education and accomplishments. From starting as a new technician to becoming the 20-Year Senior Master Technician, the Ford Lincoln Top Techs Rewards program gives different awards along the way in the form of Award HQ Points that can be redeemed for cash or through a Top Techs Rewards Experience!
There are different experience opportunities for various levels, but the first experience a technician can take is when they receive their Electrical 34 Certification after completing all Electrical Systems courses.
The experience? Attending a NASCAR or NHRA Race and Hospitality Event!
At a NASCAR Race and Hospitality Event, the technician will receive VIP hospitality and grandstand tickets for themselves and a guest, plus a $150 Visa gift card provided to the technician upon arrival at the track.
The day includes exclusive access to the Motorcraft Quick Lane Racing hospitality tent before the race, where the technician and their guests will enjoy food and drinks, enter raffles, and have a Q&A session with the driver of the No. 21 Ford Mustang - Harrison Burton.
At an NHRA Race and Hospitality Event, the day looks similar to NASCAR. The technician will receive VIP pit-side hospitality passes and reserved grandstand tickets for themselves and a guest, plus a $150 Visa gift card provided to the technician upon arrival at the track. At the hospitality tent, technicians and guests enjoy food, drinks, raffles, and an exclusive Q&A session with Ford driver Bob Tasca III. However, the day's highlight is watching the Motorcraft/Quick Lane crew disassemble and rebuild the engine that powers the 11,000-horsepower Mustang GT in less than 40 minutes to prepare for the next race!
Regardless of what race technicians decide on, it is a day they always remember.
