Pursuing a career in the current state of our economy can be financially challenging without any help, and during these unprecedented times, it is even more complicated. We recognized two individuals enrolled in our ASSET program at Brookhaven College in Dallas, TX. They have both proven to have the passion and work ethic it takes to succeed, and that is why New Ford Tech awarded them each with a scholarship that will pay off the rest of their program tuition and a new toolbox from Rotunda. In addition, the whole class received a brand new shirt and toolsets.
“This scholarship is going to be a huge help for me,” Anders said upon receiving the check from Ford. “I moved to Dallas from two and half hours away, specifically for this program, and the cost of living in Dallas is more than I thought. This has taken a huge financial burden off me, and having the tools to do my job training also really helps.”
